A native Georgian, Jessica has had lengthy classical training including instruction at Young Harris College with focus on Piano/Vocal Performance and Education.  She began teaching in 2001 with experience in priavte and group lessons and ages 3-65 with special attention on music theory, performance and competition preparation. She enjoys building  a customized curriculum and repertoire for each unique individual. It is Jessica’s philosophy that each student needs a secure, caring and stimulating environment in which to grow and mature musically, emotionally, intellectually and socially. As a teacher, Jessica acts as a guide to provide access to information that will aid students in meeting his/her fullest potential.

Janine Arecco (Voice & Piano)
Janine began singing classical music and touring Europe with the Glen Ellyn Children’s Chorus at age 10 has been studying music ever since. Janine holds an Associate of Arts Degree in Music from College of DuPage and a Bachelor’s of Arts in Entrepreneurial Management with a minor in Music from Columbia College Chicago. She has 20 years experience coaching voice students. Her style focuses on proper technique, learning to be comfortable performing in front of an audience (stage presence), and professionalism. She believes that having fun, yet remaining focused, is essential to opening the student’s creative veins. Janine encourages her students to seek out local performing opportunities through recitals, musical theatre productions, open mics, and more.  Audition and performance preparation are also a main focus. Janine also practices what she preaches by performing on a regular basis with pop, rock, and jazz groups, most recently the duo Bridgetown Project, which performs an eclectic mix of adult contemporary, jazz, rock and blues.
