American Heart Association CPR and First Aid Certification
October 5th 2pm-4pm at FAPA
Knowledge of CPR and First Aid is imperative for parents and caregivers! In this two hour workshop, parents and teens are invited to receive their CPR Heartsaver certification along with the American Heart Association’s First Aid course. We’ll cover basic life-saving CPR skills, using an AED and all the general first aid knowledge any parent or babysitter could need. This is the perfect opportunity to learn these life-saving skills in a supportive environment so you’ll be prepared for any emergencies life throws your way. The course will be taught by John Cannady. John has decades of life-saving experience in the military and as a first responder and he and his wife, FAPA Founder, Leigh Ann, are both certified Instructors for the American Heart Association. All who attend and participate will receive their AHA CPR certification E-card at the completion of the class.
Note: You do NOT need to be a current FAPA family in order to attend…this workshop is open to the public, but space is limited due to the hands-on nature of the course.
