**If your child is a 6th grader for the 2026-2027 school year, you can choose their age group. They may like being a “bigger fish” in the younger pond or they may be ready to be in a class with older students. You know them best, so we’ll let you decide. Musical Theater Production:
Rock of Ages: Youth Edition
Are you a performer who loves high-energy music, big personalities, and an unforgettable story? Dust off your leg warmers and get ready to rock, because this is the show for them! No experience necessary, and all who enroll will be cast in the show!
It’s 1987 on the legendary Sunset Strip, and the Dupree Room — a beloved temple of rock ‘n’ roll — is in danger of being bulldozed. Packed with unforgettable hits from Journey, Bon Jovi, Poison, and more, Rock of Ages Youth Edition is a fun, feel-good musical that will have your audience on their feet and singing along all night long!

Through creative acting games, improvisation, scenes, monologues, creative writing, and storytelling, students will sharpen their instincts, deepen their technique, and discover what it really means to own the stage. Whether you’re brand new to acting or a seasoned performer looking to level up your skills, this class meets you exactly where you are. Parents are invited to at least two showcases throughout the year to see what their performers have been working on.
Please note: Though we do follow Forsyth County Schools for school breaks, we WILL have class on January 4th due to the number of holidays that month.
